Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

There is no refund for any digital download. We can only offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable goods such as music files cannot be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be granted within 14 days of the original purchase for any defective or non-delivery of the product.

  2. Returns: Returns will not be accepted for any downloaded products.

  3. Warranty: The product is warranted to perform as described for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Returns

  1. Availability: Our digital music files are available for immediate download upon purchase.

  2. Delivery Method: The music files will be delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  3. Download Limit: Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads for the customer’s personal use.

  4. Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and to download the music files within the specified time frame.

  5. Lost or Stolen Files: We are not responsible for lost or stolen files resulting from issues with the customer’s computer or email.

  6. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
