There is no refund for any digital download. We can only offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable goods such as music files cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Method: The music files will be delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Download Limit: Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads for the customer’s personal use.
Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and to download the music files within the specified time frame.
Lost or Stolen Files: We are not responsible for lost or stolen files resulting from issues with the customer’s computer or email.
